Od přirozeného fenoménu výskytu genů rezistence k antibiotikům v životním prostředí ke vzniku multirezistentních kmenů
Klíčová slova:antibiotika, rezistence, sub-inhibiční koncentrace, rezervoáry, multirezistence
The increase the antibiotic resistance in the surrounding environment promotes the selection of resistant bacteria, which poses risks to human health. The sub-inhibition concentration of antibiotics in various environmental niches promotes the bacteria with resistance genes and accelerates their spread by horizontal gene transfer, as well as the origin and occurrence of new mechanisms of resistance. In addition to that, there is an evidence that the resistance towards antibiotics in pathogenic bacteria originates from the environmental resistome and the increase of multi-resistance bacteria has become a serious public health problem.
