Abstract

The review deals with the separation of mixtures of gases and vapors using polymer membranes. Applications of glassy and rubbery polymers as materials of asymmetric composite or asymmetric integral membranes for separation of hydrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, air and organic vapors from gaseous streams are presented and discussed.
