Abstract

Sintering and adhesion of biomass ash in burners are big problems due to low temperatures of biomass ash fusibility. The low characteristic temperatures are caused by the presence of oxides (SiO2, CaO, Na2O, K2O) and chlorides, which significantly reduce the melting points. This article deals with four methods for the title purpose. Only one of them is suitable for biomass ash.
